Conditions We Evaluate & Treat
If your concern is not listed, our team will guide you to the right specialist.
Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Injury
An ACL injury damages a major stabilising ligament inside the knee, often during pivoting or landing. Rapid swelling and a feeling of the knee giving way are common.
Meniscus Tears
Meniscus tears damage the knee's shock-absorbing cartilage. Twisting injuries or degeneration may cause pain, catching or restricted movement.
Rotator Cuff Injuries
The rotator cuff is a group of tendons controlling shoulder movement. Injury or degeneration can cause pain on lifting the arm and weakness.
Ankle Sprains
An ankle sprain stretches or tears ligaments, usually after rolling the ankle. Marked tenderness, inability to bear weight or ongoing instability warrants assessment.
Tennis Elbow And Golfer's Elbow
Tennis elbow affects tendons on the outer elbow; golfer's elbow affects those on the inner side. Repetitive gripping or wrist loading can trigger pain even outside sport.
Muscle Strains And Tears
Muscle strains involve overstretched or torn fibres. Pain, bruising and reduced strength vary according to the extent of injury.
Stress Fractures
Stress fractures are small bone injuries caused by repeated loading rather than one major impact. Localised activity-related pain may persist despite an initially normal X-ray.
Shoulder Dislocation
A shoulder dislocation occurs when the upper-arm bone leaves its socket. Prompt treatment is needed, followed by assessment for nerve injury and future instability.
Patellar Tendinopathy
Patellar tendinopathy affects the tendon below the kneecap, commonly after repeated jumping or running. Pain is typically linked to loading rather than simply inflammation.
Cartilage Injuries
Joint cartilage injuries damage the smooth surface covering bone ends. Pain, swelling and catching may follow trauma or repetitive stress.
Return-To-Play Rehabilitation
Return-to-play rehabilitation checks strength, movement, endurance and sport-specific control after injury. Symptom relief alone does not establish readiness for full competition.
